THE MODEL OF TERRITORY MANAGEMENT ACCORDING TO THEIR ZONING (ON THE EXAMPLE OF MANGYSTAU REGION)

Although territory management is a subject of the common functional structure, it has specific features determined by geographic space. In this case, the main economic category is “location”, which forms one of the forms of excess profit – location rent (natural resource rent). This rent is the main economic lever of equalized economic conditions during the management process. Territory management is a part of regional economy, in which the laws of demand and supply interact contradictory.
