Abstract
The article deals with the practice of developments of family and school ties as an effective tool for the primary prevention of students' delinquent behavior in the US education system. It grounds the importance of parents' involvement in school affairs in order to prevent the risk of inconsistencies in students' academic and behavioral predictions.
