ACQUISITION OF SYNTAX OF PHASE AND SIMPLE SENTENCE BY STUDENTS (THE FIRST ARTICLE)

In the article, the residual knowledge data of higher educational institution's graduates, the future primary school teachers on syntax, on the analysis of phrases and principal parts of the simple sentence in particular are presented. The reasons of mistakes, made by students, are noted and the recommendations on their correction are given. The attention is paid to sentence as a unit with form and content and to the necessity of structural and semantic approach to sentence as a unit of syntactic level.
