Abstract
Two simplest wavelet base generating discrete Haar's transformation by frequency and time decimation are considered. For these bases analogs of the sampling theorem are received. The concept of logarithmic autoreverse spectrum is introduced. Connection between the signals having an identical spectrum in the considered wavelet bases is established on conditions that this spectrum is logarithmic autoreverse.
