THE WAYS TO RAISE THE LAND ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY

In the article, the ways to increase land use due to inclusion of unused land into agriculture are considered. The study objects are the main grain-sowing regions in Kazakhstan, having layland. The authors have calculated the land use coefficients due to their inclusion into agriculture and the ploughness coefficient. The estimates have shown that inclusion of unused land into agriculture allows raising the efficiency of usage of agriculturally used areas and improves the land quality.
