POSSIBILITIES OF DECOMPRESSIVE DIALYSIS THERAPY OF THE PANCREAS AREA WITH SEVERE PANCREATIC NECROSIS

The analysis of application of an original method of retroperitoneal space drain at peracute destructive pancreatitis at 132 patients is carried out. It is shown that the decompression and through drainage of retroperitoneal space of the closed type at patients with pancreatolysis prevent further generalization of process, accelerate detoxication of organism and considerably reduce lethality.
