The modern civilization processes have the multilevel console of philosophical, ethnic, political, historical paradigms. Despite the modern plurality of entropy, the mankind faces a long way to united bifurcation point, after which perhaps the new global and renewed world, and, above all, the renewed person will appear. In this article, the attempts of understanding of these processes in conjunction with civilization processes, which proceeded in the distant historical past, are made.
