SURVEY PAPER ON DATA MINING IN EPIDEMIOLOGY ON PROGERIA

This paper provides study to analyze the signs, symptoms and effects of the disease progeria on the health of the people in the world. The aim is to study the patterns, causes and effects of public health and informs policy decisions and evidence-based medicine by identifying risk factors for disease and targets for preventive medicine. Epidemiology is one of the important factor in data mining. We gather the information of number of people reciding at different geographic locations and their healths. The main objective is to find out how many people are effected from the particular disease in that particular location. GIS (Geographic Information System) is a useful tool that aids and assists in health research, health education, planning, monitoring and evaluation of health programmes that are meant to control and eradicate certain life threatening diseases and epidemics. It mainly focuses on the disease progeria and the cause of occurrence of this rare disease.
