Abstract
This article deals with the reformation of federalism in the German Federal Republic, the Republic of Austria and the Swiss Confederation, aiming at determination of the main points of significant change in constitutional legal provisions as well as in the associated statutory regulations in these countries. The article reveals the current issues of federated relationship in these countries and the main ways to solve federalism development issues, implemented in terms of legislation, and draft ones.
