Abstract
The legal regulation of the financial market was considered in this article. The author proposes a series of solutions in supplementing the regulatory framework, which will be an additional incentive for development. An innovative step in the development in the author's opinion is the involvement of small and medium businesses through appropriate legislative levers, which is the scientific novelty and requires further research.
