Abstract
The problem of collecting and analyzing data for HR managers in IT companies is described. Human resource automated management system with employees data analytics and professional skills tracking was proposed to develop an solve this problem. The system performs data storing and analysis, decision support in HR management. It is proposed to use the Pareto dominance and reference methods for the problem solving. The developed approach allows HR Managers to analyze the growth of all employees and make the best management decision making.
