Abstract
The review of the recycling system of reinforced concrete wastes, which appears after demolishing of old residential buildings in Russian Federation, was provided. The process of recycling wastes into secondary resources was reviewed. The ways of providing effective and high-quality development of secondary reinforced concrete wastes treatment were suggested. That can let to get economic benefits and to prevent pollution of the environment.
