USING QFD TO EVOLVE A MODEL CURRICULA TO ENHANCE EMPLOYABILITY: A CASE STUDY

Abstract
A case study has been conducted in an ongoing business school to illustrate the QFD methodology as a tool to convert employability attributes into a course curriculum. The purpose is to develop a curriculum which helps to achieve program outcomes to enable holistic training of the student. People from industry are considered as external customers; and Current students, alumni and faculty members are considered as internal customers for the study. The outcome of the analysis is the model curricula to enhance employability of students of the MBA program of an ongoing business school.
