Abstract
ABSTRACT The present study was aimed to know the factors influencing Employee Engagement in Apollo Hospital, Tiruchirappalli. The sample size consisted of 50 respondents, selected using a convenience sampling method, based on the convenience of the respondents. The chi - square test was used to analyze the data. The study reveals that, the most important factor influencing employee engagement is vigor, and the least important factor influencing employee engagement is dedication. Further, the study shows that, there is no significant difference between gender and factors influencing employee engagement.
