Leadership Styles in Student: A Study Among Management Students

Abstract The paper tries to study the leadership styles of students in management institutes. Here leadership styles were taken for the study- Participative, instrumental or Supportive. Perception towards Pre and post event leadership styles are studied. Hypothesis testing was conducted to find out if any relationship exists between pre and post event leadership styles. The results indicate that there is no correlation between the perception towards pre and post event leadership styles.
