Abstract
The sanctions of the West, which are one of the most discussed topics in Russia's international policy today. They prompted the Government of the Russian Federation to change the course of foreign and domestic policy. The second major factor affecting the change in the economic and political course of the Russian Federation can be considered to be the accession to the World Trade Organization. This article provides examples of how domestic production copes with the introduction of Western sanctions, which has changed for small and medium-sized businesses, compares and analyzes the main points of the history of WTO accession. It also compares and analyzes WTO accession, the consideration of contentious issues on how to comply with the rules and policies of member states. In addition to these topics, the definition of the WTO Court, its rights and influence on member countries is disclosed.
