Abstract
Relevance of a subject is that development of housing construction in the region, requires identification of the territories suitable for further development, and also satisfying to needs of buyers. In article the condition of housing construction of Penza is analysed, the main tendencies of development of housing construction in the region are considered. Modeling of level of housing construction of Penza on the basis of the calculated indexes of availability of housing is carried out.
