Current approaches to the development of key performance indicators of the company

The aim of of the article is research and evaluation of current approaches to the development of key performance indicators of the company in order to justify criteria to build such a system in a particular facility. The article considers the existing approaches to the development of key performance indicators of the company, carried out their critical evaluation, proposed a number of basic requirements for the system of indicators to measure the enterprise as a whole or its subdivisions . Consequently, the principles of KPI system performance and the results of a particular choice such system should be governed by internal regulations, given the information needs of users.
