Some issues of efficiency increase of enterprise functioning through restructuring

The objective of the article is to find out the essence of the concept “restructuring”, investigate and work out measures to implement restructuring as a necessary condition for efficiency increase of enterprise functioning, its competitiveness and activity. The phenomenon of enterprise restructuring in the economic environment of modern Ukraine was analysed. The essence of restructuring is disclosed and main factors which influence the implementation of effective restructuring were identified; the trends of improvement have been outlined. Central issue of the research is devoted to disclosing the peculiarities of the strategy of implementing enterprise restructuring under modern conditions of ménage, searching the ways of efficiency increase of enterprise functioning in the process of restructuring. The necessity of creation of required conditions for adaptation of the work force to restructuring processes was grounded.
