THE SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROCESS APPROACH IN THE WORK OF THE TRANSPORT COMPANY

This article examines the positive aspects of the enterprise transition to the process approach system. Analyzing the work of many scientists, comparing their work, we have identified the main advantages of this approach, as well as the principles and the existence of mandatory factors, thanks to which the implementation of the process approach is possible.
