That's why, need felt to form a model to estimate the cost experienced by any breakdown based upon some benchmark jobs as none knows the expenses incurred following a breakdown in terms of many associated expenditures. So, a preemptive goal programming model is formulated by considering benchmark jobs and other influencing factors. Conversely, these factors have been sub-leveled further for an awfully precise assessment of the most advantageous maintenance times.
