Abstract
The influence of darmonal on the functional condition of liver has been studied in toxic hepatitis. It was determined, that darmonal increased content of proteins and improved detoxicational function of liver by the way of decreasing activity of cytolytic enzymes ALT and AST, decreasing cholestatic markers – Aph and GGT. Darmonal caused hepatoprotective action improving function of liver and at this did not yield to other hepatoprotector - silibor.
