Abstract

Any political, economic, and social processes are connected with demographic characteristics. Hence, it has a significant influence on the life of the society in all countries. Fluctuation in birth rate is directly reflected in government expenditures on social services, employment in labor market, and the formation of health care and education system after a specific period of time. Today aging of the population is a modern demographic phenomena and despite the fact that the intensity of its development is different, it is still characteristic of all countries. At the present stage of human society developmentthe changes in the socio-economic life influence the demographic process: mortality and birth rates are sharply declined, life expectancy has increased after childbirth.As a result, the process of aging of population has begun.
