Abstract
Under the modern conditions when the world globalization covers the sphere of education and competition on knowledge, information and skills occurs, the sphere of higher education in Mongolia faces the issue of the current situation of competitive ability and state of knowledge, skills, conditions of its continuous development, requirements faced by pedagogues, researches on changes in criteria, development based on society's requirements to teaching staff. In this article the results of the conducted researches, evaluation criteria for development of pedagogues in higher educational institutions formed in practice are discussed in brief.
