PRESERVING INTERETHNIC STABILITY AS A BASIS FOR STATE POLICY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

This article deals with the issue of interethnic stability in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Nowadays the necessity of conciliation, peace, stability as well as friendship among the people of various nationalities takes the first place in our society. One of the main tasks of teacher in a higher educational institution is formation of knowledge, abilities and skills of tolerant attitude toward others. The interest in life of various cultural, national, confessional and social groups and promotion of universal human values are necessary.
