Abstract
The main aim of present research is to increase the bioavailability of Lisinopril by formulating it as Transdermal patches to avoid its first pass metabolism. Total six formulations were prepared by using two different polymers like PVA and HPMC K15M in three different concentrations. F3 formulation with 8% of PVA was selected as best optimized formulation.
