Research of process reproduction of permanent assets in Ukraine by nonstationary distributed lag model

A lag model binding investments to a putting into operation permanent assets is described. The coefficients of model change in time. Its estimations are the solution of two criterion task of the optimization based on fuzzy information about the modeling process. Statistics about capital development in Ukraine for a time interval, including transformation of economics is source information. An analysis of the built model is described.
