Abstract
The author analyzes the content of the concept "group of entities" used in the Russian Antimonopoly legislation. Believing that the concept of "group of entities" should be reflected in the legal plane the ability of one person to control the actions of another person, the author comes to the conclusion that some of the signs through which the legislator defines the concept, does not always reflect the economic substance of the concept. For the purpose of elimination of the found shortcomings, the author offers the interpretation of the rules to use the evidentiary presumption.
