Abstract

The article presents the principal technological scheme of tomato feed additive (TKD). Also detailed workflow processing tomato in tomato pomace feed additive of guided modes. For high quality fodder necessary to ensure vysokoodnoridne mixing its components. Therefore, it was experimentally investigated technological regimes mixing process TKD and other feed ingredients, the type of mixer and mixing the necessary duration of the mixture, to provide the necessary degree of uniformity of feed. Granulation of feed improves the sanitary quality of animal feed, improve its feeding value, zbi lshyty-volume mass, reducing the cost of spraying transportation and feeding. The quality of the granules depends on the composition of feed, technological modes of granulation process. It was therefore examined the effectiveness of processes of grains and animal feed grains using TKD: what impact changing technological modes of granulation process on the quality of the finished product. Evaluated the quality granulated feed for fragile game nul and release grains depending on the composition of feed. It was also investigated changing the unit cost of electricity and release grains depending on changes in the size of the holes and the matrix changes the cost of steam. Analysis of the data indicates that the use of TKD in the production of feed for poultry, agricultural-tion does not degrade the efficiency of granulation, moreover, pelleting animal feed products with use-Thann TKD should be made without changing technological modes of process. Improved method of producing animal feed using TKD can be implemented on existing state-dartnomu feed mill equipment with the installation of additional equipment for the proportional technology by creating a production line TKD, significantly reducing investment in the implementation of technology.
