Abstract
This paper presents the review of the Russian applicability of fibroblast culture in surgery for burn wounds. The results of application of allofibroblast culture depending on the wound process stage in burn wound are analysed, the certain indications for usage of cell technologies depending on morphological characteristics of burn wound are distinguished. Basing on the material analysis the conclusion is made that allofibroblast culture is optimal for treatment of deep–partial thickness for epithelialization stimulation due to the remained skin appendages, and providing the conditions for spontaneous healing of burn wound and using allofibroblast culture along with autografting is also reasonable.
