Abstract
ABSTRACT Using from AMO theory with the help of resource-based view and contingency the aim of this research is to seek out the Study of SHRM on organizational performance in the Indian context with reference to hosiery sectors. The results show the relationship between HRM policies like, ability, motivation, the opportunity of employee preformation and organizational performance is partially mediated through HRM outcomes. And it is influenced by business strategies.
