TRANSLATION METHODS OF REALIAS FROM CHINESE LANGUAGE INTO RUSSIAN (EVIDENCE FROM THE FILM “MY MEMORIES OF OLD BEIJING”)

The article considers the translation methods of realias from Chinese language into Russian. The ma- terial of this work is a Chinese film «My memories of old Beijing», the screen adaptation of the same named novel by Chinese writer Lin Haiyin. The author analyses some translational choices of translating geographical, ethnographic and socio-political realias. Firstly, in pretranslational analysis the author reveals which ways of translation are used more repeated by language translator, therewith, which translation methods can retain all national and cultural specificities of realias
