Abstract
Advertising activities have a wide scope in the modern world. Its increased use requires legal regula- tion, which establishes a framework that corrects advertising activities. In Russia, the federal law on advertising identifies such categories of advertising as improper and unfair. In this case, the place, time and method of ad- vertising material placement, as well as information provided to the consumer on the advertised product, is regu- lated. Provisions of the Federal Law on Advertising, also established requirements for the content of the adver- tising message, and the actions of advertising are coordinated. At present, the regulation of the advertising pro- cess is necessary for all subjects of this process
