PECULIARITIES OF THE MODERN STAGE OF GLOBALIZATION IN THE ECONOMIC SPHERE OF THE SOCIETY

The article clarifies the essence of globalization as a combination of the processes of integration of countries and peoples, involving the greater part of humanity into a uniform system of financial, economic, socio-political and cultural connections, based on the latest means of telecommunications and information technologies. The main roots of globalization in the economic sphere are analyzed here; among them the most important are: the increase of the communicative connectivity of the world and output of the production process beyond the national framework.
