Abstract
Based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey conducted in Tyumen and in the south of the Tyumen region, integrating and differentiating values in the value orientations of representatives of different generations are explored. As a result of the survey, some differences in the assessment of the problems of social life were revealed; Pessimism was detected among people of the middle age group, the most professionally socialized part of the population. The author has revealed the cyclical nature of values and attitudes, which characterizes the problems of intergenerational interaction from communicative positions rather than age-related contradic- tions, as well as basic values that are perceived by all generations as core values (for example, a family that has not lost its positions, on the contrary, has acquired new roles)
