KORIŠĆENJE STABALA ODLUČIVANJA U POSLOVNOM ODLUČIVANJU

There is large amount of information that every organization has, but it must extract only the most important parts from it. If informations were manually processed, the process would last too long, but lot of information is often needed in a very short timeframe. That is why machine learning algorithms are such a suitable solution for use in decision making field. This paper presents a decision tree, one of the most useful tools in this very applicable field. A practical example illustrates how to interpret the decision tree results, and presents software simulator developed at the Faculty of Business Valjevo. This software can be used as a tool for the automated decision trees creation based on input data set, as well for their graphical presentation.
