SRBIJA NA PUTU KA TRANZICIJI

In this work the analysis of transition in the Republic of Serbia is presented. Primarily, the transition is considered as a road to democracy and strengthening of culture of trust in Serbia. The reasons for necessity of enterprises privatization are defined. Apart from that, the appropriateness of privatization is analyzed, in other words if privatization meant the transition from one into another, better position of society and state. It was suggested how much the transition period and changing environment are suitable for the strengthening of corruption, when the excuse for inefficient practices of political actors can be found in inexperience and in the new conditions of the functioning of economy. Finally, the suggestions for the revitalization of the entire state system were given, which are based on depoliticization, rationalization and cultural - moral transition of society.
