POD KOJIM USLOVIMA I KAKO LOBIRANJE MOŽE DOPRINETI DEMOKRATIJI ?

In this work it is presented how lobbying influences democracy. Primarily, the concepts of legality, legitimacy and transparency, with the aim of effective lobbying, are observed. The importance of the media and public opinion in the lobbying process are defined. Apart from that, the analysis was done with the aim to show how new technology affects democracy and the process of lobbying. It is suggested how lobbying is useful source against corruption. In the end, it was concluded that it is necessary to establish an appropriate political, economic and social environment in order to lobbying become productive tool for strengthening democracy, which is based on de-politicization, transparency, rule of law, market economy and social responsibility.
