INFLUENCE OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURING OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP ON THE EMPLOYMENT OF POPULATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The main tendencies of organizational structuring of business and their influence on employment of the population in Ukraine are analyzed here. It's shown that entrepreneurial environment undertakers economic activity mainly in small organizational forms, which doesn't promote creation of innovations. The priority directions of employment policy formation of the population are justified. It's shown that it should be closely connected with the processes of organizational structuring of entrepreneurship and tasks of the innovational and industrial development of industries. It's based on the idea of redistribution of workers from low-productive industries to more productive ones. Methodical approaches to creation of highly productive jobs are proposed. It must be based on changes in proportions between small, medium and large enterprises. The main aim will be the introduction of modern technologies, modernization of production, activation of innovation activity, increase of employment level in the official sector of the national economy.
