Abstract
ABSTRACT This paper is primarily concerned with the analysis of affect of personality on work performance in private establishment. As we all know that every personality is not suited for every job position, so its important to recognize personality traits and pair employees with the duties that fit their personalities the best. This paper also deals with the motivational factor and work ethics of the organization in the development of the personality as well as work performance of the employees.
