Abstract
t : The objective of the work is to formulate, optimize and evaluate “Itraconazole nanosuspension as aerosol foam formulation” for the treatment of skin diseases such as Cellulitis, Erysipelas, Impeigo and Blastomycosis, Histoplasmosis, Onchomycosis, etc. The solubility of poorly soluble itraconazole can be improved through nanosuspension process and also the absorption rate and bioavailability of drug can be enhanced by means of aerosol foam dispersion at the site of application.
