Abstract

In conditions of unstable economic situation, advertising agencies are subject to a wide range of entrepreneurial risks, which are typical for each stage of the advertising project implementation. In this regard, the agency needs to create an effective risk management system, which already at the initial stages of implementation will allow the company to anticipate, anticipate various risks and thereby manage them.
