Abstract
Objective –In this paper, the researcher attempt to find out how many schemes for development have been launched by the Indian Government and the various benefits and challenges of adopting these schemes in rural India. The research paper focuses on whether the schemes have helped to connect rural people and whether they have been successful in fulfilling the basic needs of rural people. Methodology/Technique – The study reviews literature in the related area. Findings – The current government has already come up with so many social and financial alleviation schemes for the poor; however, the fate of those unfortunates still remains a concern. Novelty – The study attempts to provide insight to reforms of poverty in India. Type of Paper: Review.
