Abstract
Objective – The Purpose of the paper is to establish a systematic study to evaluate and track the progress of students' cyber wellness. Methodology/Technique – It is proposed to conduct a cohort study every year using the same set of questionnaire among the target groups. The survey is essential to provide a basis for comparison from year to year Findings – The main dimensions under study will be the perception, attitudes and behaviors. The proposal is still in its infancy and requires further modification and adjustment in terms of components and the respective weightage. Novelty – This paper proposes a cyber-wellness scale, which measure the various dimensions of online perception, attitudes and behaviours. The Cyber Wellness Index should be released annually and the same framework may be further customised for other countries to track the cyber-wellness of their young citizens.
