Abstract
Retinal images of the humans play the most important role in the detection and diagnosis of many human eye diseases for ophthalmologist. In this paper, we proposed IPACHI( infinite perimeter active contour with hybrid region information) model. In this model uses hybrid region information of the eye image. By using this method segmentation accuracy will be more compared to infinite perimeter active contour (IPAC) model. We can implement automate segmentation approach based on graph theoretical method to provide regional information using measure. The performance of the proposed model evaluate by three public retinal image datasets(one fluorescein angiography and two datases of color fundus photography). In this paper our focus is calculation of Cup and Disc ratio for the diagnosis of various diseases. Based on the CDR value the type of stroke is identified.
