Abstract
The Wireless Sensors Network (WSN) are widely used to build intelligent systems to overcome real-world problems. One of the key fields that needs this decision support system is Agriculture. This paper projects Wireless Sensor Network as the key way to solve the agricultural problems related to farming resources usage, decision making support, and land temperature observation. This method provides actual information about the farms and crops that will assist farmers make right choices. Using the basic principles of Internet and WSN technology, GSM & upgraded LPWAN concepts, agriculture systems based on the internet of things (IOT) technology is explained in detail especially on the hardware, network design and software process control of the precision irrigation system. The software manages data from the sensors in a loop which starts the control devices based on threshold value. Execution of WSN in agriculture will diminish the usage of water fertilizer and also maximized the yield of the crops.
