Some problem questions of administrative responsibility minor

During a study of theme of administrative responsibility is a undertaken, it costs clearly to understand that in the conditions of reformation of law-enforcement structures especially careful attitude is underlined toward children and teenagers, even in case of feasance by them offences. The role of prevention and direction of public relations in relation to administrative responsibility of minor is a sent to education of offender, prevention of feasance of new offences, forming of legal consciousness and legal culture, however exist legislative problems are certain. Problems, though have not global character, however their influence is considerable on warning of feasance of offences minor and warning of height of infant delinquency in the modern terms of development of Ukrainian society.
