Abstract
This study aims to identify the relationship of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior, and a relationship of Procedural justice and Distributive justice and Interactive justice of the organizational justice of the relations on organizational citizenship behavior. This study has been conducted on the workers National Company NAFTAL Bechar Algeria Despite the positive perception of the physical side of the organizational justice of the dominant institution, but there is a relative decline in organizational citizenship behavior of individuals out, which explains the contribution of the other sides of the organizational justice in influencing organizational citizenship behavior, and this is what translates the results in the relationship between each of these variables. Which needs to be mentioned the existence of a relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior, in addition to the high value of the correlation coefficient between them
