Abstract
In order to evaluate changes of natural science teachers qualification promotion system a questionnaire investigation has been done. Participants of qualification promotion tutorials have taken place in this investigation. The research has shown that natural science teachers' attitude to the decentralisation of qualification refinement system is positive as decentralisation of teachers qualification promotion is estimated positively by more than a half of investigated teachers. The most popular institution of qualification refinement still remains educationist professional course centre. 25.8 percents of biology teachers, 26.9 percents of physics teachers and 48.3 percents of chemistry teachers would like to promote their qualification in this centre. Natural science teachers prefer one to three days long qualification refinement tutorials. About ¾ of investigated natural science teachers would like to participate in tutorials of such length. The most actual themes of tutorials seem to be natural science teaching, using of information technology, psychology.
