Liturgical text in modern Russian Mass

Abstract
The article shows the liturgical texts of Mass after the Second Vatican Council. Reforms simplified the ritual, adapted it to modernity and allowed using national languages. Because of modernization of cult, regional versions of unified liturgical canon appeared. The author pays especial attention to the principles of dialogue of Latin and Russian languages in Russian Mass, which determines its regional style. Also the collection of
hymn books formed in Russian parishes. They demonstrate reforms in a separate parish. The article specifies the features of modern liturgical texts and shows their typology. The author concludes, that Russian language dominates in the lexicon of Modern Russian Mass. It corresponds with the resolutions of the Second Vatican Councils and it is connected with the idea of active participation of people in Mass.
